  • My wife and I bought a used Jetta TDI Wagon a few months ago. Our sales rep was Stephen. It was far and away the best car buying experience I have ever had. I did not immediately leave a review because I wanted to see how their service was in the months following - it has been top notch. Stephen truly listened for what we wanted, and matched us with the perfect car. It was missing the cover for the back, and he said he would keep his eye out for an extra and get it to us when one came in (no charge) - and to my surprise he delivered! Their service since has been great, including changing bulbs etc. and never upselling when we bring it in for service. I would absolutely buy from them again, and I will ask for Stephen if he is still there at our next purchase. Thank you!
