  • Garrett and Heather in service are superstars. My wife had a flat tire and damaged a wheel on Friday night. CardinaleWay did not have a wheel in stock on Saturday morning. They checked other dealerships in Vegas...no luck either. To prevent me waiting all weekend and having to come back on Tuesday, they removed a wheel and tire off a car in the showroom. They said they would replace the tire on the new car when it comes in. I have never seen this kind of service at a dealership. They went above and beyond to find a solution. I will buy my next car at CardinaleWay because of this experience.
