  • I went in to cancel my membership at this location Sunday April 15 at 3pm or so. As I was walking towards the exit the manager asked me if that's how I was leaving? I had never seen this man until that day. So I turned around shook his extended hand. As I shook his hand he pointed to his cheek, asking for a kiss. I looked around to see if someone else had witnessed this unprofessional behavior and sure enough a man sitting on one of the desks near the entrance was watching this. I was extremely disappointed with his unprofessional behavior. Why would a manager ask me for a kiss? All I wanted is to cancel my gym membership and not feel sexually harassed. I would never recommend this gym to anyone. I emailed their HR department and they failed to contact me. I called different gym locations and all of them gave me the run around regarding area manager names and emails. Why did I cancel my membership you ask? Because the women's restrooms always smell awful and stair masters are out of order most of the time.
