  • The people who work the office are nothing but rude anytime you go in there , no matter how friendly you are . The maintenance people don't care about anything . We called about our kitchen light being broken && a week and a half later we called about because it was still out && it still took them about four days to come out and fix it .! So I had to go about two weeks without a light for who knows what reason . There were several other issues we had that we would have to call multiple times just to get someone up there to fix it .! We moved here thinking it was cheap and in a decent neighborhood & turned out to be way more then they made it seem . When we first moved in our rent was $660 plus renters insurance(10$) and utilities which for us was about 100$ a month for both of us . We then decided to renew our lease && our rent went up to 690$ plus renters so $700 and after they decided to renovate the front pool our utilities went up to 120$plus a month .! For a ONE BEDROOM . For the second lease my husband was overseas so it was only me . So somehow with only myself in the unit my bill went up ?! So we were paying about 820$ every month for a one bedroom , meanwhile my bestfriend lives in the crossing apartments right next door && for a two bedroom two bath was paying about $920 ! This place may seem cheaper , but it is far from it ! It is worth looking else where & the extra little bit !
