  • Villas at Green Valley isn't all that great. When I first moved here in Southern Nevada during early August the floor I moved into had a broken A/C for a few weeks. My boyfriend took me in short notice due to an emergency. As I was I typing about the A/C he put in a notice to management and they didn't take the notice serious until we had to go into the office. He had to yell at them to get shit done. In the universal contracts they have to listen to the tenants but apparently state laws nor contract words don't mean shit to them. They wonder why so many civil lawsuits are against them and they sit as if they won't get sued personally.The ladies handling front office ain't shit and they live within the complex too. The children run around the complex without any proper supervision and they don't expect to get ran over or kidnapped. Ouhh how native the managers and their parents are, if an Amber Alert or death does happen because of their carelessness it's on their heads and their parents heads. The murders I am fine with since grew up in a rough neighborhood and a fellow gun owner. Self defense is there. As for the late night booty calls, fake political protests that don't last a few hours, drug deals someone else will bust them and call them out. As much as I love watching how my neighbors behave the teenagers as soon as they get out of school all they do is bullshit over get jobs, do any after school and do their homework. They need to get their shit together or they'll be the next murder out here. I can't wait to move out of here since the lack of potential is an cycle from spawn to offspring.
