  • Today Was my second time taking both my dogs to calling all paws. I was a little reluctant because the first time was a little bit of a hassle. Let me explain....when I took my dogs the first time I old the owner I wanted both my dogs hair cut as short as possible because it was hot out and their hair grows very fast! When arriving to pick them up only my boy dog was ready because the girl dog was not cut to my liking. I specially asked for short hair and she was quit fluffy still. So they recut her hair and I went back to pick her up later. Over all they were very friendly and accommodating. The dogs were groomed very nice and I felt like even though I had to go back and forth more than I would have liked to the end results was great both dogs got a full groom and looked great. So today I called got an appt within an hour dropped of both dog and made sure I stressed to the owner that I wanted them BOTH to be CUT as SHORT as possible! 3 hours later after getting a phone call that they were ready. I arrived to pick up both dogs so I thought and only the girl dog was ready and the boy hadn't even been cut yet, And to top it off the girl once again was not cut the way I asked for her to be!!!! At that point I was frustrated but he agreed to cut her again and to call when both dogs were ready. When arriving the second time that day they were finally both read to go but I was really disappointed because it looked like they did a hack job on my dogs. I'm not sure if they were upset because the girl didn't get cut right the first time or what but when I came back the back of their heads are so uneven they have longer pieces of hair in places and the ears have big chunks of hair missing. I am extremely disappointed in their cuts this time! Not even the friendly service or convenient appointments will make me call for another appointment! I feel like I wasted my $90 today!
