  • If i could give them negative stars i would!! My family is new to Las Vegas (military move) and I didn't even think of checking here before we went to Bigs. We left our couches at our last base and just need some furniture for our kids. Well, it's now over 4 months since we ordered the couches (6 week delivery) and we still don't have them. I've called 20+ times and have been lied to, hung up on and disrespected. I've been told our couches are on the truck, and on their way and the very next day I was told the couches hadn't even been started by the manufacturer and it was going to be another month. I can't believe a company like this is still in business. I will never buy another piece of furniture from here, no matter how inexpensive!
