  • customer service was beyond excellent. let me tell you about the cookies... aaaaamazing. the best cookie i ever had in my life.. and i had plenty. the place is lavish and clean. theres everything there.. pool, fitness center, tennis court, continental breakfast, etc etc i only stayed there one night.. quiet and peaceful. i did notice a conference for teachers going on but didnt effect me at all. my room was tidy and food service delivered my food up in 10 mins. the breakfast was amazing.. i sat on the patio and just looking at the palm trees. i needed to go to a nearby spa (spa by lamar) which was right down the block. i was going to walk but the guy at the entrance offered me a free shuttle ride in their huge van. that was so nice of him. i recommend this hotel
