  • Do you have your receipt and original payment method? Well that's too bad because even ifnyou do, they still won't be able to help you. Customer service here is so sub-par. There's always one person handling everybody at the customer service desk while one or two others are standing around and talking. Most employees here are pretty nice but there are still a bunch of workers here that refuse to look at you and acknowledge you. Some scoff when you ask where something is. There's just no way to justify the way a lot of employees here act. Managers here aren't of any help either. If you come buy stuff from here, you're probably better off just going to self checkout.
