  • This is the future of Pakistani/Indian food in America. They are truly on to something with their model & I have a feeling we will see Choolah franchises all over the US in the next 10 years. The smartest thing is bringing the kitchen in full view which allows people to see how it's being prepared. The bright lighting & 'chipotle style' serving style helps people unfamiliar with South East Asian cuisine, the chance to see it before they eat it, outside of the typical murky Indian food buffets. The future is here.
