  • I can't believe it took me this long to check this Party City store out. If you're a party animal, have filial affiliations with a party animal or birthed a party animal; this is where you want to buy decor for the ultimate shindig. This store is big and has aisles of party decor and costumes sorted by themes (retirement, Hawaiian, sweet 16, cinco de mayo etc) and colors. There's also a balloon wall spread across the front of the store with balloons ranging in price from $2.50 to $15. Items stocked: candy, wigs, eating utensils, cake decorating supplies, masks, kid's costumes, goody bag fillers and of course grass skirts. Pricing is reasonable but it'll be a challenge sticking to budget with all the tempting options on display. So why was I in Party City? Because my birthed party animals were to dress up as their favourite fairytale character and my mission was to get a little pig, Billy goat gruff or red riding hood costume. I found a red cape and that's that.
