Seriously disappointed and tops the list of horrible Vegas experiences. We had seen Zumanity the night before (which was amazing) so we had high expectations for this one. We got there right at 9, (when doors opened for a 9:30 show) grabbed a drink and headed to our seats. We got our tickets from one of the 1/2 off places and our tickets were good seats. About 9:10 the fire alarm siren started with flashing lights and a recording stating there was an alarm and it was being investigated. It wasn't until 10 o'clock when the stage manager came out to tell us it was cancelled. Things happen and shows cancel, I get that, but what was irritating was they let people sit there listening to an alarm with strobe like lights for almost an hour with no word as to what was going on. They gave ushers cards to hand out with refund information and sent us on our way. No apologies or anything. For a huge Vegas production we had higher expectations for better accommodations or/and communication.
