| - Run, do not walk, as fast as you can in the opposite direction. If you are on workman's comp, this is your lawyers dream come true.
I was referred here for an injury and physical therapy. I was diagnosed during my first visit, but had to come back for a plan treatment appointment before I could receive treatment. Each time it's a two week scheduling wait. 6 weeks before treatment and 3 visits, (3 visits = 3 co-pays!)? Plus, I have a high co-pay. I never saw an actual physician, only physician assistant. I'm still not 100% better, so it was suggested during my follow-up appointment (4th co-pay) that I start physical therapy here too. When I went to my first "physical therapy" appointment I was informed it wasn't really physical therapy but for pain management? Yet again, another (5th) high co-pay. Uh, no thank you.
Finally and lastly, I received a bill for items not covered by my insurance. I tried to call 3 times to their billing department; number listed right on the invoice. Sat on hold 15 minutes each time and never actually talked to a human. I don't have time for that during business hours...I am at work. Who has time for that!?! I tried their accounting department. Talked to an actual human, he said he was going to physically find someone I could talk to. He transferred my call and it went to a general voicemail. I called this local office I have been seeing, they were absolutely useless. Finally, on the 4th day, someone in billing actually answered the phone. Should it be that difficult to make a payment?
I wouldn't go back here if it was the last place to receive care. Absolutely shady. You need an appointment for your appointment.
