  • I found Arrow Animal Hospital because they're conveniently open 7 days a week. I had found a stray dog and needed to have him seen on a weekend. That was over a year ago. Today, I still go to Arrow Animal Hospital because of the quality of the staff. They're always friendly both to me and my pets (actually more to the pets, which is fine... the pets are the ones that need to be calmed down). It's clear that these people work there not just because they need a job, but because they love what they do and they love animals. I've been back a few times, both with the dog that we found, and with _another_ dog that we found. I'm always presented with treatment options (with varying costs) and they're always great at explaining those options. After each visit, I get a follow-up phone call the next day (even if that day is a Sunday) asking if everything is OK and asking if I have any questions. Yes, I started out with Arrow Animal Hospital because they were the only option available to me on one particular Sunday. I stayed with Arrow Animal Hospital because, in my opinion, they're one of the best options available on any particular day.
