rev:text	My wife and I first met Jeff at the Arizona Home Show in Glendale. We wanted to change 3 rooms (dining, den and great room) from carpeting to tile or wood. We decided to visit his showroom in Phoenix on 41st Ave. Big showroom with many, many samples and ideas to beautify your home. He had wood looking tiles, actual wood tiles and the trim to go with it. We looked around and talked with Jeff who gave us ideas with what to go with based on the existing tile in our home. He sat with us, went over the different samples we looked at and finally gave us a price. His pricing is inclusive which means installation and moving furniture. All the while, he never pressured us to sign a contract and never made us feel uncomfortable. After spending many moments answering our questions, we realized he seems genuinely concerned for his clients to get the very best based on their budget. I mentioned to him that I always like to get multiple quotes and we would get back to him. After going to two other floor emporiums, boy am I glad we went with Jeff! The two other places were like walking into a used car lot. Anyway, we made our appointment and his guys started on a Wednesday and were done by Friday. Let me say, the craftsmanship, the precision and the quality of work is OUTSTANDING! When I came back home on day 2, I was literally beside myself. WOW! absolutely stunning! So happy with the work, the price and the look of the tile itself. You will not go wrong working with and choosing Jeff and his team. Top notch!!!
