Showed up for an appointment that I had to take off work for, only for them to tell me my appointment was an hour earlier even though I had confirmed on the phone and wrote down my appointment time. So had to reschedule and take more time off work. Next appointment was fine, took a long time and the doctor and tech were friendly. Paid copay and went on my way. Received a bill in the mail later for $300+ for all the tests they ran but was never given any breakdown during the visit of what it would all cost, just a bill in the mail. They did work with me and wrote off one of the items but still ended up paying way more than I was anticipating (mind you there was no actual treatment done, it was just a check up for an existing and known eye condition). A few months later attempted to get Rx for new glasses at our regular eye doctor and Barnet-Dulaney is going to charge me $45 just to release my Rx! Ridiculous! How much more money do they need from someone?! Already paid $200+ for the exam (that's AFTER insurance) and now $45 for you tell me what the Rx is. Such a joke. Should have done some research and gone elsewhere. This place just wants your $$$ and patient care is after that.
