  • I went to this clinic since it was the only one open 24/7. I had horrible pain running from my ear all the way down to my shoulder. From the get go, the ladies at the check in seemed rude and annoyed by my presence. I asked them to check if my BCBS insurance would cover for the UC visit (it recently changed and it was my first time using it) and they refused to do it. I ended up leaving in pain because they were unable to help me.
