  • My first car accident happened on the 13th of February, I had totaled my car.. Clueless on what to do or where to take my car. Makes me glad That I had chosen Chapman!!! Joseph Bennett!! my collision consultant had taken me in an hour before closing. Gave me water and had explained/ educated me through process I was going to be going through the next couple of days. Joseph had even went out of his way to help me move all my belongings into my rental car, even on a rainy day! I was injured in my accident. It wasn't just him though, everybody in the building had helped me out, and we're super friendly. They gave me Excellent Service!!! So I'm giving this place 5 Stars!!! Definitely recommend this place to anybody in an accident, especially first timers.
