We've gone here for a car wash a couple times. When I went they scratched the detailing on two of my rims, and just pulled the now loose paint off like I wouldn't notice. I figured it was an older car and I was getting ready to trade it in so I would just deal. My wife went and when they were going to return her car after vacuuming the inside and they put their hand out waiting for a tip before they would give her the keys. She figured it was just that person. She went back and went through the automated car wash and the person directing her wasn't paying attention and of course you can't see the sides of your tires trying to go in between the the rails that direct you through and the person directing didn't tell her she needed to turn her wheels more and scratched her rims really badly. She had to jerk the wheel to get her rim off the railing, but how is someone supposed to know how close they are? There's a reason they have someone directing you. Now half way around her rim the edge is completely destroyed. Her rims are also expensive rims that are a dark gray and now there's large sections of white scratches across half of her front drivers side rim. We will never go back. They don't even care they ruined our expensive rims and just pretend they don't notice that it happened. May be a cheap car wash but paying to have your rims fixed makes the price significantly more expensive after the fact.
