  • Beware, DO NOT PATRONIZE. This is the most racist white trash ass smelling incompetent low life establishment. The minute my wife and I walked in to check in for our scheduled appointment for a replacement battery we were stared down and the POS white trash attendant at the desk avoided contact as if though he was ashamed of himself that he was an inbred country broke back mountain savage. Piss poor customer service, unprofessional. If management knows or is even aware of their employees unprofessionalism they are as guilty. It's good knowing that these low lives are eventually going to loose their jobs and will be standing in the soup line when Sears goes belly up.
