  • Here is why a 3 instead of higher rating like some others. Pro's: shuttle service within 3 mile radius. However, one day of my stay was in for service and not available. Location pretty good with use of shuttle. Pretty new property, appreciated freshness. They seem to have washers/dryers available for use for $5 for both machines (not cheap, but standard). Did not use. Cons: Housekeeping didn't bother to show up first day. Heat was on in room with a very strange non-intuitive control, had to call maintenance to come reset and still very confusing thereafter. Tissues and toilet paper were an inferior quality than Marriott Hotel Pittsburgh and other Marriott properties. Refrigerator was making weird loud sounds all night. TV was in a strange location on side vs. bed location, could not watch from bed. If you touched sink faucet wrong, you pinched your hand between the sticking-out mirror and faucet control. Bedding smelled terrible, like someone had smeared Preparation-H all over. I am guessing previous guest and it got deep into bedding. Also, no light in closet, so.....couldn't see anything in suitcase. On the surface, the place looks good, but many little weird things to warrant a return visit.
