  • First time coming to the location and definitely will not be coming back. I used the app to place an online to go order for a coffee and 2 food items. Noticed that the drive thru line was extremely long so I went inside to pick it up. I stood at the pick up section and no one acknowledged me. Finally one of the ladies working ask in a loud voice "yes?!" Like what happened to "how can I help you today?" I told them I placed a to go order and I'm here to pick up. She stood there with a blank stare in her face as if she did not know what a to go order was. Lastly, if I am ordering multiple items, I would expect to have a bag to place these items in. Do not make me carry all these loose items in my hand. Not once did I get a friendly smile or a apology for the wait and misunderstanding. If I would have received one or the other, I would not be leaving this review. Just left a terrible impression.
