  • 11 am Dec. 8th 2016 a Tuesday. I just remembered why I told myself to never again visit this location, last time i was here. No cars here when I entered. I've been here over a hour and my car is still sitting out there. The Manger on this shift is a joke. They have kids running this place and it shows. My advice is choose a different location. The manager on duty is Dane. So make sure you tell them what oil change you want. They up sale you automatically. Biggest joke. As they go down what it recommended for your car, they slip in synthetic oil, vs rwg. Conventional oil. Some owner do perfer it but I don't and it's alot more. They will use a oil or a service that your coupon isn't good for. So if your coupon says signature oil change, make sure you tell them that when you get out of your car!! I haven't even got my car yet or my bill. Bottom line, pick another location.
