  • We have been coming here for a while, and I finally thought to myself, why? There are some good and bad things about this place. Pro: The doctors are really nice and attentive, especially Carol (the PA) she is amazing, the ladies on the phone are nice, the medical assistants are nice. Cons: You wait FOREVER, and I mean forever. I understand if you have a same day sick appt (where I have been in the waiting room over an hour, then another 45 mins once you get into the room to be seen) but even on well checks or scheduled appts you wait a long time. The front desk staff is very rude, I always feel like I'm interrupting when I walk in. Don't ever try to call into the nurse line, I don't think they have ever answered me once. All and all, the cons were weighing too heavy, and we have found another pediatrician we are really happy with.
