  • Katie Simpkins in the last week I went into this store looking for wedding bands for my husband and myself.... we found my husbands immediately. However, it took a little longer with mine. I found a ring that I liked, however it was in yellow gold. I was hesitant on purchasing because of this, then the salesman says.." We can make that ring white".. he said we can dip it, every jewelry store has to do this. So I was like... hmmm alright. Then we will buy it. Spent $2600 that day on my ring and a band. I was not once told that the playing they dip it in would wear off and the yellow would show through. I have had my ring dipped like 2 times already and that was with a fight, and saying that I'm to ruff on the ring. Give me a break... I now refuse to wear the ring because it's turned even more yellow and even blotchy. I'm so dissatisfied with this and wish that I wouldn't have been mislead just to make a sale. I would buy here.... they are smooth crooked salesman until after the purchase and then don't want to make things right.
