You may think I'm biased because she's my sister, but Jenny at Moments is excellent. When she said she was going to cosmetology school at Carsten's, I was a little worried as to whether or not she'd be good. This was, after all, the same child my mother had to practically wrestle to the ground to brush her hair. If she stunk, how was I going to justify going to someone else and paying them money when she was offering free services?
Luckily for the family, she turned out to be fantastic...maybe too fantastic, as it's hard for us to get on her books sometimes. She's top-notch at turning my crazy curls into the epitome of straightness and has crafted the perfect shade of red to cover up our mother's graying tresses (neither of which are easy feats, as my mother and I can both attest).
I've had a lot of hair disasters in the past, so having Jenny turn into a great stylist is a blessing. I just wish she had been the older one and could have helped me through some awful middle school hair issues.
