  • I've been a renter in Las Vegas for over 15 years. My last 5 in a property managed by Southwest Management Group. The 1st couple of years were a bit shaky with very difficult owners and then Tesa, followed by Jessica took over the account. I have never seen 2 people work so hard to get on maintenance of a house that was 20 years old and really never upgraded or maintained before we moved in. For tenants that complain that their property management company isn't doing their job, take a look at what they have to deal with when dealing with owners. This company is probably one of the best advocates I have come across, not only for the owner, but for the tenant as well. We did not move after 5 years because of their service, which was exemplary, we moved because we needed different space for our aging parents who live with us. They did not have the inventory that met our needs or I would have rented from them again. Our damage deposit was given to us in full of which we had no doubt. This is a very professional and well seasoned company. I would recommend their services in a heartbeat.
