  • FUCK THIS LOCATION!!! Texted the dash pass at 8am and was given my estimated wait time. Was notified around 11 that I had about 30mins left so I headed over. I was running late due to traffic so when I was called on the phone saying it was my turn I tried to press option 2 to add time and let someone go ahead of me. It replied saying it was having some technical difficulties and disconnected. When I went inside I went up to a window that was currently between customers and asked to check the system for the window I was called to. They couldn't find me and asked me to go to information to speak with a supervisor. So I stood in the information line cause I didn't want to feel bad and cut in front of all of them. After an initial 3 1/2 hr wait, plus 20+min in line and another 10 waiting for the supervisor..... THEY DIDNT WANT TO HELP ME AND SAID IT WASNT THEIR PROBLEM I DIDNT TAKE CARE OF IT WITHIN 20 MINUTES. BITCH!!! I WAS HERE WITHIN THE TIME.... I WAS WAITING FOR YOU GUYS!!!! They said to either rejoin and have another 7hr wait or come again. Security had to escort me out cause I was asking to be taken care of now since they were being lazy asses. FUCK THEM.
