| - I recently adopted a 3-legged little guy from The Animal Foundation and brought him here for his initial wellness exam. Booking the appointment was easy and fast. When I arrived, the lobby was clean and the receptionist was courteous and friendly. She got me into the system and I was brought into an exam room within 5 minutes of sitting down. There was a welcome screen that had my little guy's name, which was a really nice touch!
Dr. B came in within another 5 minutes and answered my extensive list of questions. He was very patient with my concerns and addressed everything thoroughly. As it turns out, he actually owns a 3-legged cat and 1-eyed dog himself, which I found endearing and awesome. We were unable to complete the presentation he had prepared due to technical difficulties, but I didn't mind this too much as he promised he would go over it on my next visit.
He then completed the wellness and fecal exams. Since I adopted from The Animal Foundation, the wellness exam was free, but it usually costs around $35. The fecal exam cost around the same, $35.
Systems were still down when it came time to check out and they were unable to collect my payment for the fecal exam, but stated they would call me later to settle the balance. They actually ended up waiving the fee due to the inconvenience!
Overall, I have decided to make Pet Health Hospital my little guy's vet home. The staff was so friendly, Dr. B was sincere and extremely helpful, and the general environment was very welcoming. Everything was personalized and didn't feel commercial like some of the other hospitals I have been to. Also, no one tried to sell me on anything. There are no products in the lobby or brand pushing by staff. I was also out of the office within a half hour. I highly recommend this office for your pets!
