I went to get balloons for a friend who passed away. I originally asked for 31 latex balloons and with how the weather was (which was sunny) I didn't think it would be an issue. BUT I was wrong, as soon as I got my balloons and went outside to my car, it was SUPER windy and all cloudy(Just my luck). As I'm trying to attempt to put it in my car, most of the balloons have already popped due to how windy it was, even a very nice lady was trying to help me and suggested I should go back in and ask for an exchange because of how difficult it was to get them in my car with it blowing everywhere. So as I went in & asked if I could exchange for the number balloons instead and apologized for the trouble, the young girl who helped me was very nice and cooperative and had to double check with another lady who previously helped me(im guessing she was manager). The older lady looked at me sighed really loud and proceeded to tell me that there was no refunds or exchanged with balloons. I apologized and said I didn't know the weather was going to turn ugly and half of my balloons are popped. Then she says "ugh ok I guess go ahead" and waved off the young girl. I apologized to the young girl because I didn't mean to be trouble knowing they blew up 31 balloons for me. I just wasn't going to drive away with half my balloons popped and wasted $40 something and change on them.
I don't appreciate how rude management is (if that's what she is). The staff on the other hand are nice and helpful. But I still wouldn't come back and shop for party or event needs.
