rev:text	All of the tech's that have came out to my home have been great. With that being said, the woman who answers the phone and works in the front office is horrible. She makes me want to cancel all my business with this company. I'm amazed how rude and unprofessional she is. Calling to just make an appointment is a nightmare, I am so close to just hanging up so I dont have to deal with her.
