  • dropped off 2 articles of clothing to be be mended and dry cleaned. A week later i went to pick them up and they had been misplaced and i was told somepone would contact me in a few days. A week went passed and i called back again i was assured that someone would contact me. Again no one called i went into the store on three different occassions to try and get my clothes. At this point the manager started blaming me because i did not recieve a slip... told me that there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with someonw else and she told me the owner would call me ... after two weeks i called back to ask to speak with the owner... finally the owner called me telling me that i did not drop off my clothes and that there was nothing he could do... on the phone the owner was smug and rude... all in all do not take your clothes here if they misplace them you are out !!! I'm out a suit and a shirt !!!
