  • For $200 unlimited year long pckges, it is worth it but otherwise indifferent to rude service, bad policies. Try to buy through a site like groupon rather the business itself because they will screw you over without a 2nd thought. I bought an unlimited pckage from them when they were selling Groupon and instead of buying from Groupon bought direct from them because i used to be stupid enough to want to give the business the money rather than 1/2 of it to Groupon. Well they started advertising treatments every 6 weeks and the 'unlimited' went out the window even for me who bought it under the 'unlimited' agreement. I didnt need the 'unlimited' technically but the bad ethics in it couldn't be missed. Also I was given treatments that were so shabby I would rather not have wasted my time - at that time the 'unlimited' would have come in handy but I didnt fight them on it because at the end of it all $200 for a year was a good deal, and really I just wanted it over with. I bought another deal at P&H Salon/King Street and got good service there. So this place is unprofessional, lacks customer service but as far as the skill and safety of the laser hair removal is fine. Treatments are a hit and miss a couple of technicians doing a real treatment but most of them rushing it and spending less than 10 minutes on full legs ! I would try to stay away from this place as much as possible unless these spectacular deals couldn't be found anywhere else. Soon these deals will be gone. I see very few places now offering them. After a year's treatment I am happy with the results, though for the number of treatments I got the results should be better but for the money I paid it is pretty great.
