  • I want to love this place. Really, I do. Convenient and reasonable accommodations for those visiting nearby Canada's Wonderland. However, there is a lot to be desired here. Parking can be challenging -- especially when there is an event in the banquet hall. Guests at this hotel tend to be on the noisy/rambunctious side, and the hotel staff seems uninterested in keeping LOUD guests quiet (read: this hotel has noise issues). The hotel bar/breakfast service area tends to be on the small side for HCI's. It can be quite a madhouse in the mornings. Onsite staff is OK ... most are pleasant, others just seem nonplussed about their employment and/or the hotel guests.
