  • Had nothing but problems with the dealership. We went there to get a bigger car "suburban" for our growing family. Spent 5 hours there on a Saturday when it was dead, they did not have the car we wanted but said they had found one EXACTLY like the one they had on the floor in the color we wanted. The car was supposed to be delivered Monday but when I showed up they said the car was not there and it would not be until Tuesday. Go back Tuesday and apparently they purchased the WRONG car and could not do anything to fix the problem. We ended up keeping the loaner car and had to pay more money for it. Paperwork was never ready when we got there so that was another 4 hours we had to wait on a Tuesday. 1 week after we had the car they called us back saying that they needed the car back because they priced our trade in incorrectly!!!!!!! Worst dealership, they're people are not customer centric in the least bit, communication is unheard of and since they no longer had our business they did not care to be polite. I do not recommend Gateway Chevrolet to ANYONE. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER
