rev:text	I have extensive back problems, a spinal fusion and now neck problems, so instead of going to my previous orthopedic surgeon - who always wants to do surgery - I thought I'd talk with these folks. I opened an online chat session with one of their reps and spoke at length with her for about 1/2 hour via chat - she told me I would need to speak with another customer service rep and if it would be okay to call me back after we spoke - I told her I was tied up following our chat and gave her a specific time when I was available - as soon as the chat session ended, they called - and as I had explained, i was unavailable so told that rep when i would be available, to which they assured me they would call at that time - they never called back....in the meantime, I spoke with a co-worker who recounted his experience with these people and it was not good - not good at all. I began researching reviews online and came to believe that they likely have some of their own people creating fake reviews because some of the others were of a predatory organization that forced people to make a financial commitment up front with many left holding an empty bag of false promises.....and that has caused me to be very cautious about any further involvement with these guys - sure, there are positive reviews, but they read like their commercials and basically, don't seem credible to me...I can't speak to any experience with these people other than what transpired using the online chat and lack of a callback, but from what I've heard from those who actually have dealt with these people, and reading other negative reviews, I'm staying away and will not have further dealings with these people - they seem predatory and extremely money hungry - not consistent with the patient focused care they promote in their adds - if you deal with these folks, all I can really say is proceed with caution and buyer beware.
