  • Worst customer service by far! You'd think they were working for free. NOT one person smiled. Upon waking in we were greeted by a guy in purple hair, he also helped pick out a product, that was it. The service was TERRIBLE! There was a blonde in the store who works there, short, blue eyes, I didn't catch her name but she was condescending. Another lady with short hair which appeared to be the store manager who did nothing but stand there. You'd think she was a hired mannequin!! Another towards the back by the face care products that had ZERO idea regarding items or the Sephora discount for those that are rouge. The cashier was also pathetic. Over all, it was an unpleasant experience. I'm from out of town so I didn't have high expectations coming here to be honest, I'm used to the location in Sherman Oaks, CA. But WHOA..... these guys are reallyyyyyy setting the standards low.
