Where is the zero stars button? Walgreens pharmacy has completely lost me as a customer. Doctor called in a scrip at about 3pm, I called to automated that night and it was still not ready. The next day at 11am I called to check on it again and to provide my new info and new insurance info so I wouldn't have to do it upon pick up. I called again at 5pm, they had entered in my info all wrong and so I had to provide all the same info again, it was still not ready and was transferred and told it would be ready in 30 mins. 1 hr later I head down there. 6pm I was told to basically move my car (in the drive thru) because it was still not ready. I go inside and was there for almost an hour to be told that they don't even have my script in stock!! 1.5days and they didn't even have it in stock, too many phone calls and too much time waisted on getting my script. This behavior and lack of customer service shall not be tolerated!
