  • Slaw was amazing! They describe everything that's in it as they serve it to you and it all works great together. Fun fact: the slaw is likely based on yusheng or laoyu (a popular tradition in SEA), which is a salad tossed by multiple people in celebration of Chinese New Year. Each ingredient is tossed in step by step and represents different auspicious wishes and at the end, everyone tosses the salad together!
