  • Found the company on Groupon. I contacted them to see if they could clean in Chandler. They said yes, set a time and date, and told me to send the check to them vs. purchasing on Groupon. They did not show up for their appointment. I contacted them and the mail box was full so I sent and email. Rhonda apologized and said she would come the following week, she did not. I gave her another week to show and or return my money, she did neither. The worst thing about this is that the cleaning was for my sister who had knee replacement surgery. She waited for them on two separate occasions and the did not show. I gave Magic Mops time to rectify the situation and still nothing. I have still not received a refund either. Do NOT use this company.
