  • I've taken my dog (terrier mix) here a few times and his haircuts have progressively gotten worse. His hair is usually uneven, especially on his face, and his eyes are often very red for about 24 hours after the cut. They have told us that he gets stressed out and wiggles too much but what can you expect when three people are trying to rush his hair cut. The staff often overbooks appointments on days and then rushes to complete the dog cuts by close of business. Many times we've gone to pick him up when they are scheduled to close and then turned away and told to come back an hour later.
