  • Very pleased with our stay at the Springhill Suites Marriott in downtown Phoenix. I already knew it was going to be great and have to say they lived up to our high expectations. Very close to nearby gas stations, fast food and the downtown area. Quick and easy pickup and drop for Lyft so that's a plus! Check in was seamless, front desk was very nice and conversational Room was great! Bed was comfy, spacious bathroom area and big full body mirror lol pillows were ok can't complain at all. Breakfast was good--eggs were a bit runny but didn't bother me much. Incidentals charged at check in ($20 debit card/$10 credit card) and should be refunded within a few days. Overall A+++ and worth the price. (I booked with Marriott rewards points so it was free for me but worth the price if I were to have paid for it) Would stay again no doubt!
