| - Warning: racism and communicating threats from one of the staff at this location! on 04-18- 2016 i rolled up to get my car washed. it was a normal sunny day and i thought it would be a good day to get a wash.
i have been going to this car wash for about a year and this day is a day i will never forget. as i usually do i get gas and get my car wash code the same day but i sometimes i don't use it the same day because of the weather. the code that comes on the gas receipt is good for seven days.
i purchased the gas with the code on 04-15-2016. that means the code is good through the 22nd of april. it's even stated on the receipt. so i rolled up punched the code in and then proceeded to go into the wash. now at this time there are two people prepping the car to go into the was and as this was happening i asked one of the attendants very nicely if they could wipe off the front because the last time there was dirt still left on it. at this time this is when things go crazy. this is word for word what happened::
one of the african american attendants came up to my door and said " this is the last time you going to be able to use this code, every time you come up here you complain and you always try to get a free wash and this crap is not happening any more".
i then said " what are you talking about? i paid for this code".
he said " then were is the receipt"?
i then said" i have it". then i handed it to him.
after i handed it to him he said, "where did you get this from?
i then said," i purchased it from the gas station right behind us".
he then proceeded to take my receipt and that's when i stepped out of the car and said, " what the hell?? why are you taking my receipt? now at this time this attendant was acting very aggressive and strange. i then asked him why are you so mad at me? i have done nothing to you? he said, " i'm tired of you ass comin up here and complaining like a bitch"! you are worse than a damn woman!! you need to move your car i don,t want your business any damn way.
now at this time i am so confused and on alert because he was acting very aggressive. what would anyone do so i called the police.
when he saw me going that he started to flip out even more and started threatening me. why do do you have to call the damn cops man. why do you get the hell out of her before i do something! i'm not scared of you! at that time i tried to get the car out of car wash by having to back it up and the whole time he kept threatening me.
now there were two other attendants there and they did absolutely nothing.
i backed the car up and moved it out of the way but that won't good enough for the threatening attendant. "you need to move your damn car you are blocking my driveway! i wasn't. i told him was not in the way and i was waiting on the police. the aggressive attendant then started to come after me and told him, "please don't make me do something i don't want to do to protect myself. he had come after me before and stopped himself.
when the police arrived they talked to the attendant first. when he come over to me the police officer told me the attendant told him i was being rude to him. really?
i was floored!
the police officer said there was nothing wrong with my receipt. the police officer told me that the attendant should have let me get the wash with no hassle.
the officer then gave me my receipt back and told me to get the wash and said if i were you i wouldn't come back.
now this is the icing on the cake, you won't believe what i'm about to say.
as i was getting the wash and as soon as i came out of the wash the supervisor that never seen the whole time was with the police officer and proceeded to tell me he looked over the video at the car wash and stated that because of my body language, my body language! really?? that i was not allowed to come on the property again.
now let me get this straight.
i was accused of stealing codes by an attendant.
threatened by the same attendant.
cursed by called me bitch and ass by this same attendant.
theft of property by the same attendant
and i was the one to be punished.
i don't want to ever go to that place again and if you are planning on going there you may want reconsider going somewhere else.
i am 44 years old and this was the most weirdest things i have ever gone through.
i cannot believe they would hire crazy people like that and condone that kind of behavior.
oh and by the way that supervisor never wanted to talk to me about it.
be aware of this place. you may be the next victim.
i as well want people to know that when a person of one race is complaining about i mean this attendant was calling me boy, home boy, little bitch and i'm tired off y'all during his rant.
i totally did nothing wrong to this person. the only thing i did wrong apparently was show up while he was working at that time.
i know for some people it is so impossible for one race to be racist towards another but this was real and i will take any kind of lie detector.
