  • Went in to buy a new pair of running shoes. Was standing at the wall, holding two pairs for probably 5 minutes. Two employees were chatting away while another was running around helping customers. When one of the two that were chatting clued in that I was looking for shoes, she only looked at the size for one of the pairs I was holding. When hey didn't have my size I asked if there was a different style that would match the one I was holding. She only talked about the ones in the brand I was holding and it even bother asking questions. I don't typically buy shoes here but on a couple of occasions I've had good service. Needless to say, I walked out with smoke coming out my ears and bought a nice pair of runners from a local running store. I was in and out of that store within the same amount of time it took for the employees to figure out what I needed. I'll only go there for workout clothes from here on out.
