rev:text	This place is NOT what it use to be. We've been coming here the past 5 years and it use to be a place where only time share holders had access to it but now they posted it on Groupon and a bunch of ghetto people stay here. The hotel is completely lacking in service now. This use to be a clean and nice environment but now the rooms have broken closet doors, The bed was cracked, The floor was ripped, the screen to the outside was broken and didn't slide open. The pool use to be so clean but now since they let access to "the generic public" there's trash everywhere they don't pick up after themselves, they leave the silver carts throughout the halls. There were 9. 9!!!! Silver carts in our hallway! This morning when I went ouside our room to get ice there were trash bags throughout the hallway. Which made it look so dirty! These people are so lazy to even throw their own trash away! Oh yeah and the ice machine and washer machine on our floor have been broken for 3 days now. How pleasant. We happened to be getting back to our room when the lady that cleans the room was in there and a women in the room next to me asked for and i told her ill send her to her room when she was done in the restroom and whenitold her the lady next door just wanted an extra towel she rolled her eyes and told me she's not house keeping and the room next door isn't part of her schedule. So much for customer service. And the employees don't even smile or say hi anymore. I only give it 2 stars because of the pool area, the grills they added and the gym upgrade they made this past year, you can actually breathe in there now.
