  • This was my 1st time using CARMAX and I have to say, selling my 2010 Ford Escape couldn't have been any easier. I was one of the 1st customers there this morning and was greeted by the GM as soon as I walked in the door. Moya, a customer specialist, took me in hand to start the process and before I knew it she presented me with a very reasonable offer for my vehicle...which I accepted on the spot. Fast forward 45 minutes and I was on my way to the bank with my $6k and nothing but good things to say. YES, I would use them again. YES, I would recommend them to a friend. YES, despite sounding like a commercial I'm a real person. Try them for yourself and you'll see. Ask for Moya! ~Ed.
