Dropping off my vehicle to be serviced under warranty was a good experience. Unfortunately picking up my vehicle was not. Rick was a complete jerk and very rude to my girlfriend. He took it upon himself to make sure she knew they spent $1000 to fix our truck after she inquired about certain charges to the bill. Well i spent $3500 for a warranty extension and Rick should be fired. He must have earned his customer services skills from a third grader. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle form Freeway Chevrolet, and I will make sure EVERYONE knows how poor their customer services is. FYI. They love to up sell you for unnecessary services to recoup some of their loss. BEWARE!!
