  • WARNING!: It takes a lot for me to give a bad review, but as a public service to help others I knew I had to because of the very terrible experience my family had, and the identity theft to add. My mother took her very loved puppy here because he had hurt his neck. (Bulging disc) They said it would be a simple procedure and that they had done this many times. He had the surgery and they called my mom before Christmas to say he was doing wonderfully and could go home soon. Hours later at 2am they called my mom and said her dog had passed away! She was devastated because they had only just confirmed he was great and it was a 'procedure they had done many times'. Now flash forward to my devastated mom dealing with this days later only to find out they had stolen her and my identity!! They had used my credit card to rack up purchases and had used my mom's social to request her tax info and to get a bank account and credit card. You made a terrible situation for my family much worse and I will never forget that.
