| - If you want fast and cheap nail service, this is a great place. Beautiful decor, good selection of colors. However, I took 5 ladies there while on vacation and we all agreed the customer service from majority of the techs was rather sub par. The management seemed rather involved in the process by checking in on you, that was nice. A few of us thought it was just our own experience that was bad and until it was discussed a bit later...
*It would be to this locations benefit to understand that we can tell when you are talking about other customers negatively. Body language is well known throughout any culture. It does not leave a good impression on your customer service standards.
Woman 1 : A tech opened my purse, without even asking me, to retrieve the payment because my nails were wet. Then asked me how much I wanted to tip and that I should give more because if I put it on the credit card the company would take some. The final payment was even 55 cents over what I agreed on. Yes it's not much but that sort of thing is completely unprofessional... I was told not to "help her" by moving my hand when she didn't say so. And I feel like my fingernails look like I did them myself with my non-dominant hand. The tech stood up at the pedi chairs while she quickly did the paint on my fingernails. I am all for a bit of fun in any experience, however I felt the demeanor of my nail tech was rather rude instead of playful. I went there to relax, not entirely happy with the service. Good thing it was cheap.
Woman 2: Accidentally grazed the tech with my fingernail, it must have cut her. She pulled her arm back dramatically, yelled, and walked away. Rest of the service she seemed to absolutely hate me. When she was finished with my pedicure, she threw her hands up and said she was done. A bit rude I feel. I don't need you to talk to me but you could at least be pleasant.
Woman 3: I had a very young, social tech. She was very sweet and did a very good job with my mani/pedi. She took her time and made me feel relaxed.
Woman 4: Just had a pedi, lots of colors to choose from. They allowed me to hang out in the massage chairs while I waited for the rest of the crew to finish their manis. Just felt a little unsure what I was supposed to be doing when WOMAN 1's tech told me rudely I was supposed to soaking my feet while I waited. Why would I want pruned feet? So I didn't understand that comment and shook it off.
Woman 5: The tech doing my mani cut me with the cuticle cutter while she chatted with the tech next to her and never apologized. If the techs paid a little more attention to their clients, this sort of thing would not happen.
