  • I wish there was a half star option for this business. Please do not use this business!!!!!! My senior parents called Ted's to come look at her oven that was not heating and for a burner that was not working properly. Service man came over and replaced the ignitor and a wire that he said was burnt. The service call took less than one hour and my mom was charged 260.00. The igniter is a 30 dollar part so she was charged 230.00 for the service call! This is outrageous and wrong in every way! She was also told that a part was ordered to fix her burner, that was over a month ago. Its a shame that this business is still in existence after taking advantage of elderly people that know no better.
